No Sales Tax if ordering outside the state of South Carolina. We also do not charge Sales Tax to South Carolina Residents who have a valid Non Taxable Transaction Certificate, on file with us.

For orders within the US, we normally Ship by Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation - ( 3 to 5 Day Delivery ). Most orders average under $ 5.85! This is definitely cheaper than UPS or Fed-Ex. Our aim is to try and save you every penny on shipping. We can also ship by UPS, Fed-Ex, upon request. Remember, orders over $200.00 excluding shipping, gets FREE SHIPPING!! - USA ONLY!

SHIPPING OUT OF THE US
We normally use First Class Mail, which is the cheapest. For small orders, it costs about $6.00 to $ 12.50 and for larger orders and it generally costs about $ 20.00, up to one pound, and we pay for the Insurance. We mail the invoices separate from the order. Sorry, we do not ship to East or West Africa.
We normally fill and ship orders by the next day or the following day, to the latest, providing we have everything in stock. We may hold your order or partial ship your order, since we are only 2 to 3 days away from most of our suppliers and manufacturers. Backorders are shipped by First Class Mail, at No Additional Shipping Costs to You.

No Problem! We stand behind our products and if you receive merchandize that is defective, call or email us, and we will give you a RA# (Return Authorization Number), which you must write on your return package. This expires 3 days after delivery, so please inspect the goods. Returns mailed 3 days after receipt, will be subject to a 50% replacement/restocking fee and shipping charges, where applicable. For merchandize that is damaged in transit, you pay the return First Class shipping (Aprox. $1.50 ) and we will replace and ship the product at no cost to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, do not kick yourself! You have 3 days after receiving your package, to mail it back for a full refund, minus the shipping fee and damaged items.
Items on Sale
We may have various items on sale, at any given time, however, when you add the item to the Shopping Cart, the regular price will show up. DO NOT PANIC! We did not want to make any temporary changes to the shopping cart. Your order will be discounted before we ship it out, since we do not charge your credit card immediately when you place an order.
We apologize, however, at this time we do not have a paper catalog. We are still in the process of getting all our products on the website, and that is our number one priority. We still have tons of products still waiting to go up.

These are items that we do not normally carry in stock but we can special order it for you. We will ask for your Credit Card information and charge $ 1.00 - which will be applied to your order upon shipment. If you cancel the special order, after it has been received and packed, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, since we have to pay the same to our manufacturers/distributors.
